Is your child/teen acting out or seem angry or sad most of the time? I am committed to helping children and teenagers identify and understand their feelings as well as learning how to express them in healthy ways subsequently decreasing acting out behaviors such as self harm, anger outburst, physical & verbal aggression, drugs, alcohol, and other impulsive behaviors. I also assist in coaching parents through each stage of their child's/adolescent's stages of growth and developement (without killing them)!
